Group Intellect Power Technology Ltd., a global designer and manufacturer of internal and external switching AC/DC power supplies and a provider of original design manufacturing (ODM) services, on Friday, announced the grand opening of its new 180,000-square-foot, high-volume manufacturing facility on its Long Khanh campus in Vietnam. More than doubling Group Intellect Power Technology’s capacity for its growing base of customers, the plant is located in Vietnam’s Dong Nai Province near Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in southern Vietnam.

Hong Kong-based Group Intellect Power Technology’s U.S. subsidiary is Brightworks Technology, based in Carsbad, CA. The company announced its rebranding of Brightworks in late February.
