High-Volume Manufacturing in China and Vietnam Drive Scalability to Meet Needs of Global Customers
LONG KHANH CITY, Vietnam; Hong Kong, SAR; SAN MARCOS, Calif.; MÜNSTER, Germany – April 14, 2022 – Group Intellect Power Technology Limited, a global designer and manufacturer of power adapters and consumer electronics, and parent company of Brightworks Technology, commemorates the shipment of the 350 millionth power adapter it has produced, a significant milestone in 33 years of global growth.
Due to its vertically integrated operations, including magnetics, plastics, power cords, SMT and assembly — overseen by manufacturing professionals with decades of expertise in building complex, high-quality products at scale — the Company has produced tens of millions annually of high-quality power adapters supporting consumer and industrial applications globally. In addition to the robust power supplies, the firm also contract manufactures a wide variety of products for consumer, industrial, test and measurement, IT, telecom, LED lighting and medical markets.

In 2021, Group Intellect Power Technology added 150,000 square feet to its Long Khanh campus in Vietnam. This expansion opened a significant number of additional high-volume state-of-the-art manufacturing lines that are substantially helping global customers overcome costly supply chain obstacles and production time.
