Despite Pandemic, Brightworks Expands Engineering and Customer Support for Global Contract Manufacturing Operations
SAN MARCOS, Calif. – November 26, 2021 – Brightworks Technology, Inc., a global leader in providing Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) and AC/DC power solutions to OEMs worldwide, is proud to announce that due to its continued growth, the Company has moved its North American headquarters to support additional engineering and customer support staff. The new office is located at 1 Civic Center Drive, San Marcos, Calif.
The COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain issues have led many companies to leave Chinese contract manufacturers and move their business to one or both of the he company’s high-volume, vertically integrated manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
“Despite the supply chain challenges that the pandemic has brought, our global customers have still been able to pivot manufacturing to our Vietnam facilities resulting in the high-quality production of high-volume products,” noted Robert L. Carl, president of Brightworks Technology, Inc. “As a contract manufacturer, our Vietnamese executive operations team has worked with regional governmental officials in providing a safe and healthy work environment for our workforce of more than 2,500 in Vietnam. Despite some restrictions this past summer, both of our factories are now back online. We know it is imperative that our customers get their products to market quickly. Our expanded U.S. offices and expanded operations in Vietnam will help support this objective.”
